Founded in 1907, Salisbury Road Baptist Church is a Bible-believing, family-orientated Church in the St. Judes district of Plymouth.
We are affiliated with the Baptist Union of Great Britain and seek to be God's faithful witnesses in our local community.
God has made us all unique and given us different talents and gifts; here at Salisbury Road, our desire is to help to identify each other gifts and support each other to exercise them to the glory of God.
We seek to reach out into our local community with the Love of Christ, showing people the difference Christ has made in our lives and what He can do for them.
Ministry
We join together in fellowship to worship, explore the teaching of Jesus Christ, pray together and commemorate the breaking of bread.
Children/Youth Ministry
Kids join together each Sunday to explore the Christain faith through craft and fun activities.
Outreach Ministry
We look to support and reach out to the communities of St Judes, Mount Gould, Lipson and the wider community.
Alpha Course
A safe and honest space, for anyone who wants to explore life & the Christian faith, ask questions & share their point of view.
We Support
As a Church we support Christian missionaries, upholding them in prayer and offering financial assistance ,as they seek to fulfil the calling that God has on their lives in areas all across the world. Here is a flavour of those we support as well as India Hope looking after children in India
